- France (excluding Corsica): €9.99 or FREE on orders over €150
- Italy: €9.99 or FREE on orders over €150
- Belgium and Netherlands: €9.99 or FREE on orders over €150
- Portugal and Spain: €3.99 or FREE on orders over €150
- Republic of Ireland: €9.99 or FREE on orders over €150
- Slovakia: €9.99 or FREE on orders over €150
Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship to Corsica. Orders to Corsica will be cancelled. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Some items may have special shipping rates which will be indicated.
Where are the orders dispatched from?
The orders to the EU countries are dispatched from our warehouse in Portugal so there are no additional import taxes and duties. If you request a quote for delivery to a country not mentioned above, additional local duty/customs charges might apply.
When to expect my order?
Standard Delivery for Portugal, Spain, France and Germany: 3-5 working days from dispatch
Standard Delivery for the Republic of Ireland, Italy and Belgium: 4-7 working days from dispatch
These delivery timings are a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
PRE-ORDERS are shipped within the time-frames specified on the product pages. We always do our best to ship pre-orders as soon as possible, but the specified time-frames are not guaranteed.
When are the orders shipped and delivered?

We are not able to dispatch or deliver on local public holidays.
We estimate 1-2 working days for dispatch of orders placed until 14:00 hrs.
How will my order be dispatched?
When possible and required, we use tracked services. You will find your order’s dispatch details in the dispatch notification email, which you’ll receive once your order had been shipped. Please note that the tracking number may show as 'invalid' until the next working day. If you provided a phone number, you may receive a text notification from the carrier about your scheduled delivery.
Some items may be sent directly from a supplier and these deliveries can take a little longer. If relevant, this information is provided separately on the product pages.
