It’s absolutely fine to change your mind. We operate a 60-day Returns Policy, just in case. We don’t offer exchanges and returns requested over 60 days from delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received by us no later than 14 days after the returns period expires. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of personalised or made to order items, as well as gift cards and personal care items. For hygienic reasons, PeapodMats must be returned unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or damaged PeapodMats

Whilst PeapodMats are made to the highest quality and standards, occasional issues might occur. We offer a 1-year manufacturer guarantee on all PeapodMats. Your guarantee starts on the date of purchase and your order details are required as proof of purchase. Please note that we will not be able to accept any claims if the PeapodMats have been damaged by washing mishaps such as blotching or discolouration, misuse, accident, modification or repair.  


To request a refund, please contact us by email at europe@joizi.com and provide your proof of purchase. We will confirm the return address and the terms & conditions of the return by email. Please note that we don’t offer free returns and our return address is in Portugal. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. In case of any discrepancies or issues, we will contact you by email.


We don’t offer exchanges but you are welcome to return your product and reorder another one. If you need to get in touch regarding any fault of the product you received, contact us at europe@joizi.com.

Sending your returns

To return your product, email us at europe@joizi.com and we’ll confirm the return address which will not necessarily be the same as used to send the item from. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can only process your refund once we have received your return. Always retain your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.
